It depends on how you purchased your video link access.

  1. If you are a Premium or Golden Member:
    Log in to your Account. Visit your ‘Member Profile’ page where you will find access to all the Paid content. Alternately, while logged in, visit the course’s main page where you will be able to access the paid videos.
  2. Premium Pass: (If you only purchased access for a specific video)
    You will receive an email, shortly after completion of purchase, from Mendoza Learning Hub that will contain the access link and instructions for your video.

Check your spam folder. Many internet providers have spam filters that block emails that contain links. If you’re unable to find the confirmation email, then please contact me at carlosupwork07@gmail.com.

Once you complete the Subscription Signup Process at PayPal, you’ll be returned to the site, where you’ll be activated by s2Member instantly, and given the opportunity to register a Username & Password for your Paid Membership.

Sign in to your account and navigate freely through the site with the ability to watch free and paid videos. If you weren’t re-directed back to the site after paying, please contact me to activate your Paid Membership.

Downloading the videos is not possible yet, you only get access to the video with a link that is sent to your email. You can watch the video using the link you were provided.

I’m really are secure and use PayPal checkout services, but also please know, all of my video recordings that are listed within this website can also be purchased directly with a PayPal transfer. If you prefer this method, you can contact me at info@carlosmdubon.com .

We use PayPal. With PayPal, you’re protected from checkout to delivery. PayPal keeps your financial information private and protected when you shop. Your financial information is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal’s servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with the person you’re buying from.

This error is caused because you exceeded the amount of IP addresses permitted for your username.

This can be caused by:

  • More than 5 different people accessed your account in the past 30 days.
  • More than 5 different devices (mobile,tablet,PC) accessed your account in the past 30 days.
  • You are behind a VPN or a Proxy that is hiding your IP. An anonymous IP address is considered a different address.

 

If you relate to the first two causes, please consider purchasing another premium account so you can increase your limit to 10 different devices or people. The rule is, for every 5 people, purchase a new account.

If you identify yourself with the third cause, please deactivate your VPN or Proxy and contact me.
